Quick answers to the questions we hear most. SkinCompare is a price-comparison service, so a few things work differently here than on a shop.
What SkinCompare does
We track skincare and makeup products across multiple European retailers and show you the lowest landed price we can find for each one. "Landed" means we try to account for the product price plus typical shipping to your selected region, so you are comparing like for like.
We do not sell products ourselves. When you are ready to buy, we send you to the retailer's own site to complete checkout there.
Buying, returns and orders
Because your order is placed with the retailer, anything to do with payment, delivery, returns or refunds is handled directly by them under their own terms. If something goes wrong with an order, contact the retailer you bought from.
We are happy to point you to the right place, but we have no access to your order details and cannot process returns or refunds on a retailer's behalf.
Region and currency
Use the region selector to switch the country and currency we compare in. Availability, shipping costs and prices vary by region, so the cheapest option for one country may not be the cheapest for another.
